Standard cleaning VS deep cleaning
Standard cleaning:
The cleaners will perform a routine cleaning by dusting and surface cleaning all rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens you selected; sweeping and mopping all floors, vacuuming carpeted areas and rugs, making beds, emptying garbage.
deep cleaning:
The cleaner will deep clean all rooms, bathrooms and kitchens you selected.In addition to a deep clean of your rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, you’ll also get a guaranteed free cleaning of your fridge, oven and microwave.(We highly recommend this option if you haven’t cleaned your home in 30+ days and if there is excess dust, debris, build-up, and clutter.)
Re-scheduling and cancellation
Customers can cancel or reschedule anytime as long as it’s outside of 24 hours of the booking without a fee. Inside of 24 hours a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $60.00 will apply. In the event a customer decides to cancel a clean on the same day, they will be charged 50% cancellation fee of the charge.
* If the clean was not canceled and the cleaner arrives to clean, the clean will be charged in full. If the cleaner arrives and no authorization was made to the front desk, the clean will be charged in full.(Emails to reschedule or to cancel a clean are not valid and will not be accepted.)
Do I have to be home to let the cleaner in?
In fact,70% of Elife Cleaning customers are not home when we clean. You can leave a key in a lockbox, with the doorman, or a secret place. After we clean, we will lock up as instructed.
If you prefer to be home to let the cleaner, that’s perfectly fine too and we’ll accommodate your preference.
Can I pay by cash?
Booking with us means there is a secure way a client can pay for cleaning on ONLY accept credit card payment. We accept all major credit cards and will charge your credit card that you have on file with us. We DO NOT accept cash nor check for payment.
Is there anything you don’t clean?
Yes, there are certain areas and items we don’t clean:
Chandeliers
Light bulbs
Painted walls
High levels of trash or clutter
Interior of washer and dryer
Mold, bodily fluids, pet waste, vomit, etc.
What cleaning supplies do you provide, and are there any items that you don't carry?
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies free of charge. If you require a specific product, please provide it for us. We do not carry a step stool, toilet bowl brush, or industrial mops.
Should I tip the housekeepers?
While tipping is not required, it is appreciated. Our team works hard to ensure your home is cleaned to the highest standards, and a tip is a kind gesture they truly value. Tipping is customary but entirely at your discretion, and it won’t affect the level of service you receive.
Will you be careful with my belongings?
Certainly. Our cleaners treat your home with the utmost care and respect.
